Rekisterin nimi: Yrityksen sähköpostirekisteri ja asiakasrekisteri

Henkilötietoja rekisterissä käytetään yrityksen asiakassuhteiden hoitamiseen, hallintaan ja asiakasviestintään, sekä yritysviestintään ja markkinointiin. Asiakasrekisterin tarkoitus on asiakasprojekteihin ja -palveluihin liittyvien toimenpiteiden hoitaminen. Markkinointi-, viestintä- ja tiedotustarkoituksiin perustuvasta sähköpostirekisteristä voidaan asiakkaan omalla päätöksellä poistaa hänen tietonsa.

Rekisteriin tallennetaan henkilöiden nimi, yhteystiedot (edustamansa yritys, postiosoitteet, puhelinnumerot, sähköpostiosoitteet) sekä asiakkuuden hoitamiseen liittyvät tiedot: asiakkuuteen liittyvä yhteydenpito ja viestintä, toimeksiantojen hoitamiseen, laskutukseen ja perintään liittyvät tiedot, sekä muut toimenpiteet asiakassuhteen ylläpitämiseksi.

Tietolähteinä ovat asiakkaan itsensä antamat tiedot. Asiakasrekisteritietoja tai sähköpostirekisteritietoja ei luovuteta yleisesti  muille tahoille. Tiedot on tallennettu yrityksen sähköpostijärjestelmään ja paikallisille työasemille. Rekisterin tietoturva on järjestetty standardilla tavalla. Tiedostojen avaamiseen ja käyttöön vaaditaan tunnus ja salasana.

Ainoastaan rekisteristä vastaavalla henkilöllä on pääsy kaikkiin rekisterin sisältämiin tietoihin. Pääsy rekisterin tietoihin edellyttää henkilökohtaisen käyttäjätunnuksen ja salasanan antamista. Laskutusta hoitavalla henkilöllä on pääsy asiakkuuden laskutukseen ja perintään liittyviin tietoihin.

Register name: Company e-mail register and customer register

The personal data in the register is used for the customer management and communication of the company, as well as for corporate communication and marketing. The purpose of the register is to manage the actions and tasks related to customer projects and services. The personal data included in the register can be erased, if the customer wishes so.

Name, contact details (company, postal addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses) and customer relationship information are stored in the register: customer relationship communication and communication, order management, billing and collection information, and other measures to maintain customer relationship.

The data sources are information provided by the customer himself. Customer register information or e-mail register information is not generally disclosed to other parties. The information is stored in the company’s email system and local workstations. Registry security is organized in a standard way. Accessing and using the files requires an ID and password.

Only the person in charge of the register has access to all the information contained in the register. Access to the registry information requires a personal username and password. The billing person has access to billing and debt collection information.
